In the past month, the fifth most-viewed page was /sso-error and it has been within the top 10 pages for the past few months. This page currently leads to a 404 error page and I’m guessing that this is the link students receive when the single sign on authentication fails. However, for this to be the fifth most-viewed page in the last month, something is probably causing this page to have such a high number of views. NWTC may want to look further into what may be causing this error page to be viewed so frequently.
